Delivery

We offer 2 delivery services, Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24.

 

- Royal Mail Tracked 48 is free for all orders

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 is charged at £3.99, but free for orders over £40

 

At this moment we only deliver to customers within the United Kingdom.

 

Dispatch

Our daily cut-off time is 8pm for same-day dispatch and we dispatch 7 days a week including bank holidays. Exclusions apply to Christmas Day & Boxing Day.

 

Age Verification is required before receiving our orders to ensure you are over the age of 18 years old.

 

Lost Packages

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of übbs, and any issues arising must be resolved by the customer with the courier. übbs strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any incorrect delivery issues must be reported as soon as possible.

Incorrect and incomplete address submissions by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful delivery of your order. übbs is not responsible for any and all costs associated with incorrect address submissions entered by the user.

 

Returns

You can return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your order via our returns portal here. Your übbs Nicotine Pouch can(s) must be unopened, intact, and returned to us in good condition. Please note, that we do not cover the postage cost for returns.
