I am a non-smoker who wanted to try nicotine, touted by the likes of Joe Rogan, Tucker Carlson and Robert Kennedy Junior for its positive health benefits. I put a pouch between my teeth and cheek as recommended. I had to remove it after about two minutes, nowhere near the 30 minutes time suggested, because of its burning sensation and I became so lightheaded that I had to go and lie down for 30 minutes. I wondered if it was just me, not being used to nicotine so I gave one to a 48-year-old male heavy smoker to try. He only lasted about 40 seconds. I’ve worked out that I can put one of these in my mouth for a minute at a time reusing each pounce until , it runs out of taste. Is my experience usual or unusual? Unless I try a different brand or a lower amount of milligrams, I don’t know. It does say that 11 mg is strong, but I was basing it on the fact that you get 10 mg , of nicotine from a cigarette.
