Why Do We Need to Verify Your Age?

At übbs pouches, our products contain nicotine and are strictly intended for adults aged 18 and over. As a result, we are required to verify your age before allowing you to place an order.

To do this, we use OneID® age verification. By making a purchase, you agree to this verification process, which takes place before checkout. If you're unable to confirm your age, unfortunately, you won’t be able to complete your order.

How Age Verification Works

When placing an order, we’ll request your full name, email address, and billing address. It’s important that you enter these details exactly as they appear on official records like your passport, driver’s license, electoral roll, or UK credit card billing information. This ensures a successful match during the verification process.

We use OneID®, a secure third-party service, to confirm your age. To do this, we may share your information with OneID® and their trusted identity data partners. By continuing with your order, you provide consent for this exchange.

What to Expect During Checkout

  • OneID® age verification pre-checkout fields will appear before you can complete your purchase, simply enter your full name, email address, and billing address to proceed with the check.
  • If you've been verified before, no check will take place—though you’ll still see the verification fields.

If the automatic check fails, you’ll have the option to verify your age via your phone number or your bank. Supported banks include:

Bank of Scotland, Barclays, Chase, Coutts, Danske, FirstDirect, HSBC, Halifax, Lloyds, MBNA, Monzo, NatWest, Nationwide, Revolut, Royal Bank of Scotland, Santander, Starling, TSB, Ulster, and Virgin Money.

If you prefer not to use OneID®, you can email a valid photo of your passport or driver’s license to:

Once verified, you won’t need to go through this process again for future orders.
