Returns

Changed your mind about your order? No worries. You can return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving your übbs nicotine pouches. 

 

Your übbs Nicotine Pouch can(s) must be unopened, intact and returned to us in good condition. To place your return request, please follow the below steps:

 

1. Place the items you want to return into a sealed bag or box, ready to be shipped.

2. Fill out our Returns Form, this lets us know to expect your return and will create an address label and packing slip for you, which can be printed and added to your parcel if you wish.

3. Take your return items to your local post office to be sent back to us. There is no need to print or attach the address label to your parcel, the post office will do this for you. Please note, we do not cover the cost of returns and you will need to purchase a label at the post office.

4. Please email customerservices@ubbspouches.com to let us know your return is on the way.

Once we have received your return and finished a couple of checks, we will issue a full refund for your order.

In our efforts to provide the most efficient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and processed, we won’t be able to alter, change, or cancel the order.
