All our delivery services are free. For customers in Great Britain we use Royal Mail 24 Tracked delivery. For customers in Northern Ireland we use Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery.

You will receive an email from us to let you know when your order has been shipped. For orders placed before 3pm (Monday – Friday), we will despatch your order the same day. For orders placed after this time, on the weekend or on a bank holiday, we will despatch on the next available working day.
We use Royal Mail and they deliver Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

You may return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving your Übbs nicotine pouches. Your Übbs Nicotine Pouch can(s) must be unopened, intact and returned to us in good condition. Please let us know you wish to return your Übbs order by filling the Contact Us form on our website or by writing to us on customerservices@ubbspouches.com.
