We’re Updating Our Delivery Service – Here’s What You Need to Know

We’re changing to our delivery partner. From Monday 2nd June, all orders will be shipped via Evri, replacing DPD as our primary courier.

 

What’s Staying the Same?

  • Free Next Day Delivery on the majority of orders within Great Britain

  • Reliable tracking and delivery updates

  • No extra cost to you

For customers in certain areas—including parts of the Scottish Highlands, British Isles, and Northern Ireland—orders will be sent via Evri Standard Service, with delivery in 2–3 working days.

Why We’re Making This Change?

 

We’ve listened closely to your feedback, especially around the limitations of the DPD age-verified delivery service. Many customers told us it was inconvenient to miss a delivery simply because they weren’t home to show ID.

 

To make things easier, from Monday 2nd June we’ll now verify your age at the point of purchase using OneID – a secure, seamless solution that keeps things simple and hassle-free. For more details on our Age Verification process, click here.

 

This means:

  • No waiting in for age checks at the door

  • More flexible delivery options

  • A smoother overall experience
